Sexdrive is a Minneapolis-based electro-funk duo bringing sweaty grooves, neon chaos, and DIY madness to the dancefloor. Formed by drummer/producer Ryan Guanzon (New Medicine, Late Night Fights) and synth-savant Ben Berg (Humanboy, Vertiform), Sexdrive blends glitchy beats, rubbery basslines, and wild-eyed vocals into a sound that’s part retro workout tape, part electro-pop fever dream. With guest vocals by Francis Tobin and Jason Vee, their debut single “We Are Animal” is a primal, pulsing anthem for the gloriously weird at heart.
